VR Hogwarts wouldn't be complete without an educational twist to it. lots of virtual "AR simulated in VR" games - think Couch Knights meets Harry Potter (oh and dont forget Wizards chess but perhaps scaled down a bit) lots and lots of interactive elements some of which can almost be considered "casual games" themselves a Harry Potter themed virtual theater that would have showtimes for films from the entire series with additional 3D/4D vfx
